RedWorks and EXO5D Join Forces to bring industrial-scale 3D Printing to America
Palmdale, California — May 22, 2025 — RedWorks Construction Technologies Inc. and EXO5D are pleased to announce they have entered into a global strategic partnership, bringing high-performance industrial-scale 3D printers to the American market.
With the world facing simultaneous environmental and supply chain crises, the need to reduce waste in manufacturing has never been more urgent. With our new partners at EXO5D, RedWorks® will tackle these challenges by offering large-area, multi-material 3D printers that can produce scalable solutions for complex manufacturing needs across multiple industries. EXO5D’s advanced additive manufacturing solution makes it possible to recycle 100% of printed material, enabling a completely circular, defensible supply chain.
The RedWorks®-EXO5D partnership is bringing two industrial-scale 3D printers to the United States. The first is a compact model (16m3 or 565ft3) housed in a custom 20ft shipping container, and provides a convenient, plug-and-play solution that is easy to transport and set up. The second printer is a large-area (120m3 or 4238ft3) printer, which like its smaller counterpart employs a reliable servo-driven XYZ axis gantry and a robust plastic extruder for 33lb/hr, 7.8in/s print rates. These machines will empower manufacturers, builders and contractors to meet the demands of ever evolving markets while reducing supply chain dependence with recyclable, biocomposite materials that are 100% recyclable. Across multiple industries, these advanced manufacturing platforms will offer makers production at scales never seen before.
Together, RedWorks Construction Technologies and EXO5D will unlock the full potential of defensible, advanced manufacturing technology and give makers the best tools for success and sustainability. This collaboration represents a change in the way both businesses address the needs of the growing market for advanced manufacturing solutions, and drive far more business impact for our clients.

About RedWorks Construction Technologies Inc.
RedWorks® is an American advanced manufacturing developer helping visionary makers bring their dreams to reality with the power of AI.
Founded to bring revolutionary additive manufacturing solutions to industries struggling with supply chain issues, RedWorks® built a vibrant ecosystem of engineers, designers, and industry experts to create better, faster, and more sustainable advanced manufacturing tools. We began nearly 10 years ago as a team of dreamers, brought together to create a new approach to construction in the NASA Habitat Challenge, reaching the finals in New York in September 2015. Since that time we’ve formed partnerships with innovators like RedWire Space and PISCES, and climate action focused groups like JLL to redefine industries facing new challenges from aging, expensive, and dirty global supply chains. We’ve developed patented methods for 3D printers to make use of indigenous materials, to use AI to simplify manufacturing processes, all in service of our commitment to empower our customers to build with greater freedom, at less cost, and with the smallest environmental impact as possible.
